Lazul North Miami Beach

EDEN Las Olas is a joint venture high-rise development between EDEN Multifamily and Lincoln Property Company in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Located on the northwest corner of SE 2nd Street and SE 5th Ave, the tower is nestled in the heart of the Las Olas neighborhood. This Class-A, 32-story, 374-unit highrise, broke ground in late 2019. EDEN Las Olas is being developed on over one-acre of what was formerly a surface parking lot.

EDEN Alafaya

2900 Northhampton, Avenue, Orlando, FL

EDEN Alafaya is a multifamily redevelopment of a portion of the privately owned Stoneybrook Golf Course. This Class-A, 250-unit, 3-story, surface parked project is planned to break ground in 2020 and has a unique story. There is a large issue in Central Florida with golf courses closing due to inactivity, creating eyesores for residents that live nearby. EDEN Alafaya has created the opportunity for the Stoneybrook Golf Course, allowing for it to continue operating for years to come. The project provides value across the board to Stoneybrook Golf Course, EDEN Multifamily, and the homeowners of the surrounding area.
